Farm business name
Email address
Region
Supply aggregator
Trade 2025 MRV lookup
Select your Farm ID for MRV prefill. This is required for Trade 2025 farmers. It can be found at the bottom of your 2025 contract or via your Supply Aggregator.

Section 2

Water catchment eligibility:

Please select whether or not your farm is within the catchments of our water company funders. This influences which measures you will be able to apply for.
Is your farm within the Anglian Water catchment?
Is your farm within the Affinity Water catchment?
Section 3

New farm baseline information

All fields are required. Areas are in hectares (ha).
Agricultural area iLand that is currently used for farming or could be used for farming with the resources available on the land.
ha
Arable cropland iLand under temporary agricultural crops, including land that is temporarily fallow or used for temporary meadows.
ha
Permanent cropland iLand that is cultivated with crops that are left in the ground for multiple years, and do not need to be replanted after each harvest.
ha
Permanent pasture iLand that has been used for five or more years to grow forage, such as grasses, herbs, legumes, or wildflowers, and has not been used for other crops during that time.
ha
Any livestock types with 20+? i20+ means 20 or more animals/birds of a livestock type.
Which livestock types are 20+? (Select all that apply) iSelect every livestock type where you currently keep 20 or more.
Fuel consumption iIndicative based on machinery and other equipment used to produce crops and rear livestock
litres/year
Tip: Arable cropland is used later to calculate your crop rotation diversity (Criterion 1).
Section 4

Crop rotations

Add one or more rotations. Note: total rotation surface area must not exceed your arable cropland area.
Rotation sequence # crops in rotation Rotation area covered
Section 5

Farm nature habitat features

Add your existing nature features. We calculate the land area influenced by these features.
Feature type Quantity Unit Impact factor (m² / unit) Impact area (m²)
Section 6

Synthetic inputs

All questions are required to proceed.

Integrated nutrient management (C5)

Legal compliance
Meet all requirements under the Farming Rules for Water (and related regulations).
Planning
Have a nutrient management plan in place (or formally planned) for 2026/27.

Crop information

Enter estimated crop areas, yields, and nitrogen inputs for the 2027 harvest. If you don't have 2027 figures yet, please use your 2026 harvest data as an estimate/proxy. Add one or more crops.

Sales to supply aggregators (Harvest 2027):
Estimated volume of this crop you plan to sell to supply aggregators in Harvest 2027. You can select more than one aggregator and allocate a percentage to each.
This is not a commitment to sell to any aggregator - it's only used by LENs to estimate volumes for reporting and accounting purposes. Your data will not be shared.
Crop name Area covered (ha) Average yield (t/ha) Estimated production (t) (calculated) Chemical N input (kg/ha) Organic N input (kg/ha)
